GF Products I Love

Bob's Red Mill Gluten-Free Oatmeal

Thick, rich, creamy, wholesome.  Even the Husband likes it better than Quaker.

Gluten Free Bakehouse Pizza Crusts
Whole Foods has a great selection of frozen gluten-free foods; cookies, scones, brownies, pies, breads, rolls, and best of all, pizza crusts!  They come in packs of two, and I have stacks of them in my freezer.  They make a quick and easy meal.  Just defrost a pizza crust, add sauce, cheese, and toppings, pop it in the oven for 20 minutes, and you have a delicious meal.  Unlike many gf pizza crusts, this crust feels like the "real" thing, holding up the piles of veggies that I load on my pizzas.  And the taste?  It redefines "real".  Mmmmmm.

Laura's Wholesome Junk Food

Better Brownie Bite-lettes

Stops a sweets craving with one satisfying bite.

Pamela's Baking Mix

This is my favorite all-purpose gf flour.  Pancakes, waffles, muffins, you name it.  This staple is always in my pantry.

Pamela's Dark Chocolate, Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Having a chocolate craving and no time to bake?  Keep these bad boys on hand, but in the BACK of the pantry.

Quinoa Flakes

Similar to oatmeal, quinoa flakes for breakfast is a high protein, satisfying way to start your day.  I add dried fruit, almonds, flaxseeds, and sometimes an extra scoop of protein powder.
